Modify bionic unit tests that are built for glibc so that they also
build against musl. They don't all pass though:
With glibc:
2 SLOW TESTS
4 TIMEOUT TESTS
313 FAILED TESTS
YOU HAVE 2 DISABLED TESTS
With musl:
11 SLOW TESTS
11 TIMEOUT TESTS
363 FAILED TESTS
YOU HAVE 2 DISABLED TESTS

This patch decreases created threads to 50 (instead of 90)
on devices with 2 cores CPU. It is a second decrease as this
test case started to fail on same devices after kernel uprev

If one of our threads exits and a new process shows up with the same
tid, we would previously loop until that process exits, leading to
flakiness in tests.
Also fix use of uninitialized memory that happens when threads_count !=
kThreadCount.

This patch decreases created threads to 90 (instead of 100)
on devices with 2 cores CPU. This test can fail with timeout
on such devices.

Stop allocating and deallocating memory as part of the test itself.
There's still the fopen, but since our stdio reuses existing structs,
that doesn't seem to be a problem in practice.

In pthread_leak.detach test, compare the memory usage after two same
scenarios - all children threads have exited. Thus, test emulated by
NativeBridge, which may reserve a memory pool, will pass if it's not
unbounded leak.
