Elliott Hughes	eae27dc55a	Make mips generated assembler more like the mips64 stuff. I broke the mips build yesterday because it doesn't use <private/bionic_asm.h> like the other architectures, including mips64. Elliott Hughes	f8fcfbc85a	Move away from the __ARCH_WANT_SYSCALL_NO_AT system calls. Modern architectures only get the *at(2) system calls.
