bcc4da9b75 Unify linker files under one license (BSD) 
Historically we had part of the linker licensed under BSD and
another part under Apache 2 license. This commit makes all the
linker code licensed under BSD license.

9a05e3818a Add a dummy atexit(3) to the linker. 
This is needed when building the linker against a libc that was built
with coverage information.

14241402de Enable __cxa_atexit && __cxa_finalize for linker 
This allows adding destructors to classes used
 for global variables.
