Add benchmark file dependency in tests instead of using hard-coded
path to bionic-benchmarks.
In addition, add a TEST_MAPPING file so the tests run when benchmark files change.
Test: All unit tests pass.
Test: Ran atest bionic-benchmarks-tests.
