Dan Albert 586b6761d0 Partial revert of "Remove obsolete __stack_chk_fail_local." ... These sources are going to be used for the NDK as well, and the NDK still uses GCC. This partially reverts commit 4af220cfef. That commit also removed this symbol from the linker's crtbegin (it has its own). That is still only built with Clang, so we don't need to revert that part.
