Colin Cross 35d469ba4f Fix bionic-unit-tests-glibc for 32-bit musl
Musl doesn't define __NR_clock_gettime and __NR_gettimeofday on
32-bit architectures, #define them to __NR_clock_gettime32 and
__NR_gettimeofday_time32 respectively.

Bug: 190084016
