David 'Digit' Turner c124baaf29 libc: Provide ucontext_t/mcontext_t/<sys/ucontext.h> ... This patch updates the C library headers to provide ucontext_t definitions for three architectures. + Fix <signal.h> to always define 'struct sigcontext'.
