Many boards have warnings like this, saying that we defined a build
rule, but later something else came in and overrode it with something
else:

Beyond the obvious problem of replacing the rule with something else,
target-specific variables can be combined as well, leading to some very
strange problems.
Since so many boards still have problems like this, but we don't
currently have any global problems, add a flag so that we can mark
boards as not broken. This should prevent regressions while we clean up
the individual problems.
Once the non-broken devices number significantly more than the broken
devices, we'll switch this default. And once they're all cleaned up this
variable will become obsolete, and these warnings will always be errors.

Use the new emulator WiFi HAL. This is specified by the
BOARD_WLAN_DEVICE setting. This also requires that the wifi HAL service
is included.

Add required SELinux permissions to run services required for WiFi and
network namespaces. Add required executables and files required to run
WiFi services such as hostapd to create an access point and
wpa_supplicant to connect to it.

VTS checks for ro.product.board before running. Emulator does not have
that value and causes an exception.
So let's add it to the emulator and call it goldfish_$(TARGET_ARCH).

When VNDK version is not enabled, libminijail.so are built under
system directory. It is not found in GSI, though.
Enable VNDK version causes it to be built under vendor directory.

Renamed WITH_DEXPREOPT_BOOT_IMG_ONLY to
WITH_DEXPREOPT_BOOT_IMG_AND_SYSTEM_SERVER_ONLY and changed the
behavior accordingly.
Preopt system server jars since selinux prevents system server from
loading anything from /data. If we don't do this they will need to
be extracted which is not favorable for RAM usage or performance.

For raw system.img and vendor.img do not have
partition table and init refuses to mount them
in first stage mounting.
For emulator build:
create partitioned system-qemu.img for system.img;
create partitioned vendor-qemu.img for vendor.img
if applicable.

As a middle way between full preopt/high performance/long builds,
and no preopt/low performance/fast turnaround, preopt only the
boot image in eng builds.

This change fixes issue b/25613506
The predefined, fixed system image partition size is failing
to fit content for NYC release MIPS64 images. This change
increases the system image size for all boards to 1.5GB
(up from 1.25GB) to make sure that the system image sizes are
uniform across all virtual boards, and fit new content.

inappropriately includes this rule. Delete it.
Fixes the following build breakage:

libsepol.check_assertions: 1 neverallow failures occurred

goldfish-setup, goldfish-logcat, and qemu-props are goldfish-specific
oneshot services that lacked domain definitions and thus were left in init's
domain.
This depends on a change to external/sepolicy with the same Change-Id
to define non-goldfish-specific types for properties and logcat.

We originally forked a complete copy of generic/sepolicy into
generic_x86/sepolicy, but we can instead inherit from it and
merely add rules as needed under generic_x86/sepolicy.

I87d0976800557d73064e2da038315b0d019d7a60 removed zygote.te from
generic/sepolicy and generic/BoardConfig.mk but also incorrectly
removed it from generic_x86/BoardConfig.mk, even though
generic_x86/sepolicy/zygote.te still exists and contains rules
needed on the x86 emulator. Otherwise the zygote fails with
execmem denials on the x86 emulator.
(x86 emulator is also broken currently due to yaffs2 /cache yielding
unlabeled denials, but that is unrelated to this change).
