dac0c88d9d releasetools: Remove deprecated pylint options. 
This option u'required-attributes' will be removed in Pylint 2.0
This option u'ignore-iface-methods' will be removed in Pylint 2.0

Test: pylint (1.6.5) no longer gives above warnings.

8b72aefb5a Make releasetools pylint clean. 
This caught a few bugs/syntax errors (a few character classes were not
escaped properly in regex patterns, some indentation was illegal,
etc).
