Remove the hacks needed to support ash and mksh concurrently.
...
We no longer have ash, and we'd rather not have unnecessary symbolic links
on the system.

- BOOTCLASSPATH now is product-configurable;
- No need to maintain the duplicate values in core/dex_preopt.mk.
