Alexander Ivchenko 4ee006e012 Refine TARGET_GLOBAL_CFLAGS for x86 and x86_64: 
Remove -msse2 for x86 (-mssse3 should be provided by the compiler).
       Remove -fPIC (compiler provides by default).
       Remove -fno-inline-functions-called-once.
