Kiyoung Kim fdeacfd30a Remove PLATFORM_VNDK_VERSION related code
As of VNDK deprecation, PLATFORM_VNDK_VERSION should no longer be used.
This change removes most of references for PLATFORM_VNDK_VERSION
variable.
