Dan Willemsen 3ad3549519 Don't add CFLAGS to CPPFLAGS 
Except for kati, we never use COMMON_GLOBAL_CPPFLAGS without also using
COMMON_GLOBAL_CFLAGS, which leads to duplicate command line entries.
