Stephen Hines 408733b15c We need to use the ARM EABI to pass vector registers properly (i.e. float2). 
Given the following function signature:
void rsDebug(const char *s, float2 f2);

Under the regular ARM ABI, the arguments would be passed as follows:
r0 <- s
r1 <- f2.x
r2 <- f2.y

Under the ARM EABI, the arguments would be passed as follows:
r0 <- s
r1 <- UNUSED due to alignment padding for vector operation
r2 <- f2.x
r3 <- f2.y
