platform_build/tools/releasetools/test_build_image.py
Tao Bao d8a953d7ab releasetools: Move assertions into CheckHeadroom().
Assert the input arguments inside CheckHeadroom() function, and add

Test: `m dist`
Test: python -m unittest test_build_image
