SzuWei Lin c71d9863c6 Disable privapp_permissions checking in GSI temporarily ... Some vendor apps are using shared UID without white-listing the apps. A runtime checking with these apps causes some devcies cannot boot with GSI. We disable the checking before bug b/78105955 solved.
