Actually the %tests leads to false build<suffix>.ninja when you run: $ mmma cts/tests/tests/nativeopengl/libnativeopengltests because the new mmma calls make with goals like MODULES-IN/cts/tests/tests/nativeopengl/libnativeopengltests .
