Ying Wang f3584968ff Simplify the calculation of LOCAL_UNSTRIPPED_PATH
Also this fixes the LOCAL_UNSTRIPPED_PATH if the module is installed to
the vendor dir via LOCAL_PROPRIETARY_MODULE.
