Annotate paths and deprecate ExtractSource(s)Deps

Add `android:"path"` to all properties that take paths to source
files, and remove the calls to ExtractSource(s)Deps, the
pathsDepsMutator will add the necessary SourceDepTag dependency.

Test: All soong tests
