After this change, there is a clear separation between tests that are
related to dexpreopt and tests that are not. The former uses
PrepareForTestWithDexpreopt, while the latter uses
PrepareForTestWithJavaDefaultModules. The benefit is that the latter
will no longer affected by any dexpreopt changes.

Specifying an apex in the apexes propety will cause all the
*classpath_fragments that are contents of the APEX to be automatically
added as members of the sdk and appear in the snapshot.
The purpose of this change is to dedup the APEX and sdk definitions and
try and avoid some of the issues that we have been finding while
attempting to build against the prebuilts.
Two tests, one each for bootclasspath_fragment and
systemserverclasspath_fragment, have been refactored to compare the
output when adding the *fragment to the sdk directly of via the APEX.
That ensures switching to use the APEX will not change the sdk snapshot
unless it was previously missing a *fragment.
There was also a slight difference in where the hidden API flags were
copied from. That should have no impact on the output as the flags are
identical.
The sdk snapshot generation needed some tweaks to avoid generating a
prebuilt for the APEX.

This change contains a prototype implementation for multitree. Several
interfaces and modules are added.
1. Imported/Exported
Modules implementing Exportable interface can export artifacts to other
components. "imported_filegroup" modules can import generated artifacts from other exported modules.
2. Multitree metadata
It contains information about imported/exported modules in each
component, and can be generated via "m update-meta".
3. cc library stub
It's based on prototype stub libraries. It uses imported/exported
mechanism to expose a C API, with a map.txt file and header files.

The configuration of the bootclasspath, e.g. PRODUCT_BOOT_JARS,
includes libraries that are standalone and libraries that are part of
an APEX. All libraries that are part of an APEX must also be part of a
bootclasspath_fragment. Currently, the libraries and fragments are
handled separately but that is limiting as it does not make it easy to
process all the libraries while treating those from fragments
differently to standalone libraries. That is needed for hidden API
processing as it needs to use classesJars from standalone libraries
but pre-generated flag files from fragments.
This change adds support for ClasspathElements which is represents the
classpath as a whole while differentiating between standalone libraries
and fragments.

Also renames files, tests, module types in a similar fashion.
There are still some references to image and boot image. They are kept
for the following reasons:
* image_name - this is the name of an ART boot image, i.e. the
collection of .art/.oat/.vdex files.
* BootImageInfo - again this is related to the ART boot image.
* .../art_boot_images/... paths - ditto.

platform_bootclasspath to the configured boot jars which can be from
either the platform or any apex. It adds dependencies for every
configured boot jar, whether in ArtApexJars, BootJars or

At the moment the dependencies are only used for testing purposes
but following changes will make more use of them.

Adds a boot_image module type. Follow on changes will add instances of
boot_image to represent the ART and framework boot images in the art

from the map returned by genBootImageConfigs() and leave the actual
work of creating the ninja rules to create the boot images to the
dex_bootjars singleton.

Dexpreopt and boot jars package check all require access to dex
implementation jars created for java_library and java_sdk_library. They
were available when building from source but not when building from
prebuilts, even though they are embedded within the .apex files that
are referenced from prebuilt_apex.
This changes adds support to prebuilt_apex to export the dex
implementation jars and updates java_import to use those exported dex
implementation jars.
In a source build dexpreopt/boot jars package check access the apex (or
platform) specific variant of a java_library, e.g. core-oj, from which
it retrieves the dex implementation jar path.
After this change in a prebuilt build dexpreopt/boot jars package check
behave in the same way except in this case they retrieve the dex
implementation jar path from the apex (or platform) specific variant of
the java_import, e.g. core-oj.
The work to export files from a `.apex` file for use by other modules
is performed by a new `deapexer` module type. It is not used directly
in an `Android.bp` file but instead is created implicitly by
`prebuilt_apex`,
In order to do that this contains the following changes:
* Adds a new `dexapexer` module type to handle the exporting of files
from the `.apex` file.
* Adds an exported_java_libs property to prebuilt_apex to specify the
set of libraries whose dex implementation jars need exporting.
* Creates apex specific variants of the libraries listed in the
exported_java_libs property.
* Adds the set of exported files to the ApexInfo to make them available
to the apex specific variants.
* Prevents the prebuilt_apex variants from being merged together as
they will not be compatible.
* Modifies java_import to use the exported file for variants of a
prebuilt_apex.
* Adds a ninja rule to unpack (using deapexer) the contents of the
prebuilt_apex's apex file, verify that the required files are present
and make them available as outputs for other rules to use.
* Some minor refactorings to support these changes.
* Adds tests to cover prebuilt only, prebuilt with source preferred,
and prebuilt preferred with source.
