Yi Kong	577a73a22d	Change lto_test to use GlobalThinLTO configuration ... This is now the default, and we will be removing non-GlobalThinLTO configuration. Yi Kong	f1d0ba411d	Add GLOBAL_THINLTO env fixture to lto_test ... lto has different behaviour depending on the GLOBAL_THINLTO env var value.
