7583e835f7 Cleanup ImageInterface.SetImageVariation 
This change modifies the interface method of
ImageInterface.SetImageVariation so that the image variation is set
directly at the caller image variation module, instead of passing the
pointer to set the image variation.

08758f08e9 Add debug ramdisk variant. 
A module will be installed to /debug_ramdisk if debug_ramdisk is set to
true.

This is a reland of f84e9c05e2, with a fix
that removes /first_stage_ramdisk.

f84e9c05e2 Add debug ramdisk variant 
A module will be installed to debug_ramdisk (or
debug_ramdisk/first_stage_ramdisk if recovery as boot is true) if
debug_ramdisk is set to true.

60e0cfb5cb Add vendor-ramdisk image to Soong. 
Add vendor_ramdisk_available and vendor_ramdisk attribute to
various rules. When a vendor_ramdisk variant of a module is
generated, it is installed to $OUT/vendor-ramdisk.

It is similar to a ramdisk image.

7113d20774 Use empty string for core image variant 
Use the empty string for the core image variant so that modules
added to imageMutator do not change their build directory.

ae6c5207cc Move ImageMutator after archMutator 
Move the ImageMutator to be registered just after the archMutator
in preparation for moving it between osMutator and archMutator.
Requries updating variants in a few tests that now run the
ImageMutator.

7228ecd5e3 Move cc.imageMutator into the android package 
Prepare for making the image mutator available to all modules and
moving it between the os and arch mutators by moving it into the
android package and using an interface implemented by the module
types to control it.
