73d3245e30 Fix error handling
We log an error message, but then carry on and attempt to use the invalid impl, which then panics.

4238c65a17 Converters for contributions to systemapi and vendorapi
The module types in scope of this conversion are
1. cc_library and cc_library_shared (non-null llndk or stubs prop)
2. cc_library_headers (all)

For (2), we need some postprocessing on the results of the parser
bp2BuildParseBaseProps. This is necessary because arch and os specific
API exports need to be flattened and added to the generateed API headers
target along NoConfigAxis
e.g.
```
The api equivalent of
cc_library_headers (
  name = "lifoo",
  deps = select({
  	"//build/bazel/platforms/arch:arm": ["arm_deps"],
  	"//build/bazel/platforms/arch:arm64": ["arm64_deps"],
	}),
)
should be
cc_api_library_headers (
  name = "lifoo",
  deps = ["arm_deps", "arm64_deps"],
)
```

For (1), we also need to generate 1:many header api targets so that
arch-specific deps can propagate arch metadata to the top-level
api_domain rule

Test: go test ./bp2build
Test: go test ./cc

1278c2cb24 Multi-tree API bp2build converter for ndk_library
This is a partial bp2build conversion that only emits the
cc_api_contribution target of ndk_library. We also need to convert this
to cc_stub_suite eventually to enable building vendor/product API
domains with Bazel

Also create an enum for the three known Multi-tree API surfaces (will
likely be expanded in the future)

73bcafcbb0 Add a property in ndk_library for header contributions
The new property will be used to determine the header file contributions of
ndk_library(s) to the Public API surface. This should be a no-op for
regular Soong builds.

This will be used by a future bp2build converter to populate
the BUILD files for Multi-tree `cc_api_contribution` targets

(Also noticed that sdk_test.go was never added to testSrcs, which this
CL should fix)

4e5f9a1521 Remove warnings about mismatched types with builtins for stubs.
Looks like new versions of the toolchain have an error about mismatching
the definitions used in the stubs with the builtin definitions. Since we
don't care about this when building stubs, ignore it by disabling the
builtin definitions.

5eb7ee9fad Prototype changes for multitree
This change contains a prototype implementation for multitree. Several
interfaces and modules are added.

1. Imported/Exported
Modules implementing Exportable interface can export artifacts to other
components. "imported_filegroup" modules can import generated artifacts from other exported modules.

2. Multitree metadata
It contains information about imported/exported modules in each
component, and can be generated via "m update-meta".

3. cc library stub
It's based on prototype stub libraries. It uses imported/exported
mechanism to expose a C API, with a map.txt file and header files.

c2346f1c21 ndk_library: separate abidw and abitidy into separate rules
Both processes might consume a large amount of memory when analyzing
library ABIs. By chaining them via a pipe we keep the same
representation twice in memory. That can introduce a problematic peak
memory consumption. Hence, split them apart into separate rules that
depend on each other.

0477b42276 Add llndk_stubs property
Prepare for making the relationship between an llndk_library stubs
module and the cc_library implementation module explicit by
adding an llndk_stubs property. Each cc_library will be updated

be changed to make the .llndk suffix explicit. Then the implicit
connection and suffix can be removed.

1a2462717e Replace stringly-typed API levels.
Handling of API levels within Soong is currently fairly difficult
since it isn't always clear based on context what kind of API level a
given string represents, how much canonicalizing and error checking
the code receiving the string are expected to do, or how those errors
should be treated.

The API level struct does not export its raw data, so as to keep its
"constructor" private to the android package, and to prevent misuse of
the `number` field, which is only an implementation detail for preview
API levels. API levels can be parsed with either
`android.ApiLevelFromUser`, which returns any errors to the caller, or
`android.ApiLevelOrPanic`, which is used in the case where the input
is trusted and any errors in parsing should panic. Even within the
`android` package, these APIs should be preferred over direct
construction.

For cases where there are context specific parsing requirements, such
as handling the "minimum" alias in the cc module,
`nativeApiLevelFromUser` and `nativeApiLevelOrPanic` should be used
instead.

92fe740677 Stop using prebuilt NDK CRT objects.
We don't need the prebuilt versions. The NDK CRT objects are (now)
built from the platform sources and the only difference is that the
NDK CRT objects also include an ELF note that identifies the NDK
version, which isn't helpful for anything built by the platform.

Add a `crt` property to cc_object that allows CRT objects to identify
themselves. CRT objects, unlike other modules, will have a variant
built per-API level they support, rather than just an SDK variant and
a platform variant. This is needed because new CRT objects will rely
on APIs not available in old libcs and old CRT objects will not
support all the features of a modern one.

82e192c3ae Add sdk mutator for native modules
Compiling native modules against the NDK disables platform features
like ASAN. For anything shipped on the system image there is no
reason to compile against the NDK. Add a new mutator to Soong that
creates a platform and an SDK variant for modules that set
sdk_version, and ignore sdk_version for the platform variant. The
SDK variant will be used for embedding in APKs that may be installed
on older platforms. Apexes use their own variants that enforce
backwards compatibility.

b90e491e2b Expose some factories for aidl_test.go
Because aidl_interface depends on some ndk modules, their factories are
exposed so that aidl_test.go can use them.

4f49e35902 soong: upgrade Android platform to clang-r370808
-Wc99-designators warns for the use of nested and array initializers in
C++20 code. Many internal projects have pushed back against this
warning.

Disables:
- -Wimplicit-int-float-conversion
- -Wpointer-compare
- -Wxor-used-as-pow
- -Wfinal-dtor-non-final-class
- -Wreorder-init-list

For projects under external/, vendor/, etc, but only if they use
Android.bp (not Android.mk) and -Wreorder-init-list may be re-enabled by
-Wall if set locally.

-Wno-incomplete-setjmp-declaration is needed for NDK stubs that get
generated (functions without full definitions of their parameters).

Sets
- -Wno-error=implicit-int-float-conversion
- -Wno-error=reorder-init-list
for all projects in order to unblock landing the compiler upgrade due to
internal projects not being able to disable or fix these before the
upgrade.

Bug: 139945549
Test: build (aosp_crosshatch, crosshatch, aosp_x86_64-eng,
  walleye), boot internal devices, bionic + RS atests, kernel builds.

48d75efa6f symbols in stub library isn't affected by -fvisibility=hidden
Fixing the bug that -fvisibility=hidden in a cc_library is used even
when compiling stub.c file where the symbols shouldn't be hidden.

Bug: 144781653
Test: add folowing to libEGL and build
+    stubs: {
+        symbol_file: "libEGL.map.txt",
+        versions: ["29"],
