Nan Zhang	ffe2c1c369	Change syntax for jacoco filter wildcard params. originally: .* -> /*/.class now: .* -> /.class .* -> /*/.class Also add NinjaAndShellEscape to allow filtering inner classes with $ in the name. Test: unittests. Change syntax for jacoco filter wildcard params.

originally:
.* -> /**/*.class
now:
.* -> /*.class
.** -> /**/*.class

Also add NinjaAndShellEscape to allow filtering inner classes with $ in
the name.
