Chih-Hung Hsieh 3101a969aa Define clang lld flags for hosts. 
* Add -fuse-ld=lld to hostGlobalLldflags.
* Set up *ClangLldflags variables for hosts.
  They are the same as *ClangLdflags, but could be changed in the future.
