Dan Willemsen f624fb92f6 Prepare multiproduct_kati to run on the build servers Adds a -dist argument that will use DIST_DIR to save logs. Also writes a summary of each std.log to stderr on errors, so that the error is more likely to show up in the error reporting. This output is prefixed with "> " to differentiate it from the progress reports from multiproduct_kati itself.
