Cole Faust a215c8bdb9 Sandbox pdl genrules ... Like in aosp/2825629, these genrules right the command used to generate their files to the files themselves, which differs between sandboxed/non-sandboxed invocations and caused genrule_sandbox_test.py to think that sandboxing caused meaningful differences.
