Joe Bolinger ce02213c6a Update fingerprint AIDL with additional display id field. 
This enables the HAL to use stable display ids (i.e. config_displayUniqueIdArray).

Biometric HALs

Overview:

The interfaces within the biometrics.* HAL tree are used by the Android Biometric Services (e.g. FingerprintService, FaceService) to discover and operate biometric sensors on the device.
