These radio work methods can be used by external programs (wificond in our case) to request wpa_supplicant to stop doing any offchannel operations. Also, 1. Add sendNetworkEapSimGsmAuthFailure & sendNetworkEapSimUmtsAuthResponse in ISupplicantStaNetwork. 4. Add the setWpsDeviceType() method in ISupplicantIface.
