Steven Moreland 24621daf45 Add dep to ...broadcastradio@common-utils-2x-tests ... Required now because iterators use the base hidl_vec constructor. It's not expected this type of change would be needed in any places. This test originally came with the introduction of the constructor that created the hidl_vec.
