Yu Shan 8ae3ea9813 Support more types for set property cmd. ... Now support int64, float and bytes. This CL also allows setting read-only properties or reading write-only properties through cmdline. The cmdline debug interface is for test only and does not need to enforce these restrictions. Test: unit tests.
