Jasmine Chen 682abf4039 Camera: Fix double-free in removeCamera 
When a camera is removed, |hidlMetadata| takes over ownership of
|metadata|. Therefore, we should not free |metadata| again.

Bug: 180014486
Test: Remove an external camera, and no crashes were observed.

Camera common HAL definitions

Overview:

The camera.common namesapce is used by the Android camera HALs for common enumeration and structure definitions.

This includes standard status codes returned by most camera HAL methods.

More complete information about the Android camera HAL and subsystem can be found at source.android.com.
