Ningyuan Wang 94a07c4cdc Add missing document for supplicant hal, current.txt.
**Note, hashes are being modified in place ONLY
because this interface has not yet been released
in a release of Android.

This adds additional information for setEapPhase2Method().
This also adds the missing error type for find(), stopFind(), and
reject().
