Emilian Peev 8e92056837 Camera: Don't hold 'mLock' when closing the camera session
After flushing the camera requests don't try to close the
camera session while still holding 'mLock'. Different Hals
could still try and return additional results which then will
get blocked on 'mLock'. Closing the session could potentially
introduce a deadlock if the Hal implementation waits for any
of the result calls to return.

Camera Provider HAL

Overview:

The camera.provider HAL is used by the Android camera service to discover, query, and open individual camera devices.

It also allows for direct control of the flash unit of camera devices that have one, for turning on/off torch mode.

More complete information about the Android camera HAL and subsystem can be found at source.android.com.
