The problem was that VtsHalIdentityTargetTest was dynamically linking libraries that (currently) only are pulled in by the default IC HAL implementaiton. This caused linking problems when copying VtsHalIdentityTargetTest onto a device a running it. Fix this by only dynamically linking libbinder and libcrypto.
