platform_hardware_libhardware/include/hardware/overlay.h
Mathias Agopian 937af9b713 fix part of [Issue 3114236] [Crespo] The order of FLIP_H and ROT_90 is different from other devices
there are a typo in hardware.h where FLIP_V and FLIP_H were inverted.
this change will probably break all the overlay HALs which
implement FLIP_V/H, which thanksfully are not many.
