Merge changes I78f273db,I2fdaa9d3,Ib6e1df87

* changes:
  Move IPC functionality from trusty_keymaster_device to trusty_keymaster_ipc
  Update the Trusty Keymaster directory structure
  Run clang-format on all trusty/keymaster .cpp and .h files
