Merge changes from topic 'fstab_relocation'

* changes:
  init: replacing fs_mgr_read_fstab() with fs_mgr_read_fstab_default()
  fs_mgr: support reading fstab file from /odm or /vendor partition
  fs_mgr: add fs_mgr_read_fstab_with_dt() API
