Collect test names in sepolicy_tests.py

Some entries in Tests were not matching their actual function (e.g.,
TestSystemTypeViolators instead of TestSystemTypeViolations).
Automatically generate the list of tests, based on the 'Test' prefix in
their name.

Test: sepolicy_tests -h
