Ethan Chen 2a5d907bbd qcom_target: Remove unused support for CAF manifests ... * This code was introduced to support building from Qualcomm hardware manifests, placing the appropriate Qualcomm HALs at the AOSP hardware/qcom/$(HAL_TYPE) location.
