pppig236 c08bb53da2 fixup! lineage: prebuilt: Add Carrier ID and MVNO ID for T-Mobile Ting
* My carrier's (T-Mobile MVNO) is also somehow picking up Ting instead of the legit TMO ones.

Test:
    Before: Ting Data is set to be the default APN
    After: T-Mobile US is set to be the default
