be2e719598 Allow mounting and unmounting functionfs. 
Pixel has /dev/usb-ffs/adb, /dev/usb-ffs/mtp, and /dev/usb-ffs/ptp in
type functionfs.

4acd07323e Update SELinux policy for Pre-reboot Dexopt. 
- Add pm.dexopt.* properties.
- Add rules for running artd in chroot.

Test: manual - Run Pre-reboot Dexopt and see no denial.
